UFO County: A Quick Beginner's Guide

UFO County is a quirky arcade game about a quiet little county that's suddenly been invaded by flying saucers. It doesn't take itself too seriously, which is part of its charm.

This is the most important tip for UFO County. Not every level has the same goal. Some reward you for being fast, some ask you to survive for a set time, and others want a certain score.

Before each level, read the instructions. Playing for speed on a survival level, or the other way round, is an easy way to fail without understanding why.

Like most arcade games, standing still is dangerous. Keep your character moving so you don't get caught by obstacles, even when the screen looks calm.

Your strongest attacks are most useful when several UFOs bunch up together, or when a particularly dangerous one appears. Using them on a single, harmless UFO leaves you short when you really need them.
