World Goal Keeper: How to Make More Saves
Goalkeeping tips for World Goal Keeper: reading the shooter, timing your dive, and staying calm.
Life between the posts
World Goal Keeper puts you in goal. Players take shots from around the penalty area, and you have to dive in time to stop them. It's a reflex game, but reading the play is just as important as reacting fast.
Watch the shooter
Before each shot, look at the player with the ball. Where are they standing? Which way are they facing? These small details give you clues about where the shot will go.
With practice, you'll start sensing the direction a split second before the ball moves. That tiny head start makes a big difference.
Don't dive too early
The hardest part of goalkeeping is waiting. If you dive before the shot, you leave half the goal open. Wait for the kick, then move.
It feels risky at first, but you'll make far more saves this way than by guessing.
Handling faster shots
As the game goes on, shots come quicker and from different angles. Stay focused on the player with the ball rather than looking at the whole field.
If you let a goal in, don't dwell on it. Every keeper concedes sometimes. Reset and focus on the next shot.
Try both sides
If you enjoy World Goal Keeper, play Soccer Penalty Pro too. Taking penalties helps you understand what makes a shot hard to save, and saving shots helps you understand where to aim. Playing both makes you better at each.
